We value that our objectives are measured by use of internal training modules. Our staff are always provided with opportunities to gain experience by machine operating hours, installation and construction inclusion in addition to licensing and qualifications.

With 30 years experience in landscaping, David is trade-qualified and has 20 years experience in large commercial projects, including federal projects up to $6 million.
David has a long history of employing and supporting Indigenous people, and is passionate about creating meaningful long-term employment for First Australians.
A proud GunaiKurnai, Manero, Yorta Yorta and Mutti Mutti man, Nigel has 12 years experience in project management and a passion for creating employment opportunities for community.
Nigel and David partnered in creating Pearce Cameron Indigenous Projects with the aim to create “meaningful employment and training for Indigenous people.”
