With over 30 years experience in landscaping, David is trade-qualified and has 20 years experience in large commercial projects, including federal projects up to $6 million.
David has a long history of employing and supporting Indigenous people, and is passionate about creating meaningful long-term employment for First Australians.

A proud GunaiKurnai, Manero, Yorta Yorta and Mutti Mutti man, Nigel has 15 years experience in project management and a passion for creating employment opportunities for community.
Nigel and David partnered in creating Pearce Cameron Indigenous Projects with the aim to create “meaningful employment and training for Indigenous people.”
